Terms
These terms describe the public 1Live site. They are a plain draft for a lawyer to finish. They were written from the code on October 23, 2026. They are not a ticket, and they are not a contract with a venue.
The site
1Live lists activities. The public site opens on the Austin area. Times, prices, and whether something is still on can change. The listing is a pointer. The seller, the venue, or the organizer is where the ticket and the final details come from.
Leaving 1Live
Buy opens the stored ticket address in this same tab. Directions opens Apple Maps or Google Maps for the venue. What you do on that other site, including paying, is between you and them. The code does not add a tracking or affiliate parameter to those links, and it does not remove one that was already on the stored address. These pages do not take a payment.
Your plan
A plan is saved on this device. Sharing it creates a link that names those events, and tapping Share can send those event ids to 1Live so the share text can be filled in. Anyone with the link can open it.
How listings are chosen
A listing is shown when a source we read says the activity is on. If a date, a time, or a place is missing, the gap stays empty. If sources disagree, the listing stays visible and says so. Nothing on these pages takes a fee to move a listing higher.
Your part and ours
You decide what to do with a listing, including going, buying a ticket on the seller's site, or sharing a plan link.
The site is offered as it is. This draft says that, to the extent Texas law allows, 1Live is not liable for a show changing, selling out, or being called off, or for a seller's site, a map, or a photo host. A lawyer has to set the real limit. This sentence is not that limit.
Law
These terms are written to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. A lawyer has to confirm that choice.
