Privacy

This page says what 1Live does with information. It was written from the code that runs the site, on October 23, 2026. A lawyer has not signed it.

What this site is

1Live lists activities so you can see what is on. The public site opens on the Austin area. You can filter that list. You do not need an account to read it. 1Live does not sell tickets on these pages. A Buy link opens the seller's own page. A Directions link opens Apple Maps or Google Maps for the venue.

What the public pages ask from you

The public pages do not ask for your name, email, phone number, age, or payment card. They do not read your device's location. There is no account on the public pages.

What stays on your device

Your plan, up to 10 events, is saved in this browser's local storage. It stays on this device. It is not an account.

This browser tab also keeps, in its own session storage, the filters and scroll position so Back can return you, which ticket links you opened in the tab, and a short reload count while the list is still loading. That stays in the tab.

Tapping Share can send the event ids in your plan to 1Live, so the share text can name listings that were not already on the page. The shared link contains those ids. Anyone who opens the link loads those listings from 1Live. The request is not tied to a name or an account.

Cookies, sign-in, and hosting

The public pages do not contain code that sets a cookie. Sign-in is a separate set of pages for the admin area and for a private preview. Clerk runs that sign-in and can set its own cookies there. The public listing pages do not load Clerk's sign-in script.

The site is hosted by Vercel. A visit is an ordinary web request, so the host can see the usual request data: the page address, the time, the browser, and the network address the request came from.

Our servers read the listings from a database hosted by Supabase. That database holds events. It is not a public account, and the public pages do not give your browser a database login.

Speed and page views

About a second and a half after the page appears, the site loads Vercel's speed measurement (Speed Insights). It reports how fast the page painted, including when the main content appeared. It is not a recording of the session.

A separate page-view count (Vercel Web Analytics) is off unless the site is built with that option turned on. When it is on, Vercel receives the page path with the query string removed. An admin record id in the path is replaced with a placeholder before it is sent. Search text in the address is not sent.

Errors

If the site is built with a Sentry address, the browser sends JavaScript errors to Sentry after the page is idle. That browser report is set not to attach default personal data, not to record the session, and not to send a performance trace. The server and the background jobs send errors to Sentry only when their own Sentry address is set, and their performance tracing is off. With no address set, those errors are not sent.

Listings and other sites

Listings are gathered from ticketing sites and from public calendars. The ones named in the site's source list are Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, AXS, Eventbrite, Localist (including the University of Texas at Austin calendar), and public calendars from Austin Parks Foundation, Austin Public Library, the City of Buda, Burnet County, the City of Elgin, the City of Fredericksburg, the City of Kerrville, the City of Lago Vista, the City of Lakeway, the City of New Braunfels, the City of San Marcos, and the City of Taylor. A card can also say it was found via another public listing, including Austin Chronicle Events, CultureMap Austin, Do512, or KUTX. Other calendars are linked when the listing itself names them. This page does not claim a contract with any of them.

A Buy link is the ticket address stored with the listing. The code does not add a tracking or affiliate parameter, and it does not remove one that was already on that address. A Buy link is shown when the address matches an event page at Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, TicketWeb, AXS, Universe, Eventbrite, Tixr, or the Austin Film Society box office. What you do on that other site is between you and them.

When the on-site photo switch is off, a card photo is the image address stored with the listing, and your browser loads it from that host. Hosts on the public list include Ticketmaster's image host (s1.ticketm.net) and Localist's image host (localist-images.azureedge.net). When the switch is on, photos are served from 1Live's own address, or the card has no photo. The switch is off unless it is turned on for that deployment.

Directions uses the venue's address, or the venue's map coordinates when the listing has real ones. It opens Apple Maps or Google Maps. It does not use where you are, and it does not add a tracking parameter.

Children

The public site does not ask who you are or how old you are. It is a listing page.
